Board of Directors

The Board of Directors help advance our organization’s mission by stewarding organizational resources. It is the board’s responsibility to determine, create and review a statement of mission and purpose that articulates the organization’s objectives, key performance indicators, and primary constituents served. The board must develops the annual budget and ensures that proper financial controls are in place. The board will also determine, monitor, and strengthen the organization’s programs and services.
